SALE TERMS

Horses are not condsidered Sold until a non refundable deposit is received. Horses will not leave the farm until paid in full with cash. I have the right to refuse any sale. Prices may change as horse matures, unless deposit is already made and sales price is agreed upon. Vet checks are welcome at buyers expense and must be done prior to down payment. Adult Horses kept on farm for more than one month after deposit is made , will be charged board at $25.00 per week. Does not apply to young colts not weaned. Hope you understand why I must do this.
